It was based on the design of a community-driven food event with sustainable and ethical food sponsorship, which paid NSW farmers directly.
The Alison Principle
The Beautiful Feasts’ mandate is to create food sourced from local, sustainable and humanly reared produce.
Where possible we choose organic but many local growers and producers are not certified, yet make important commitments to a range of agricultural practices that include no pesticides, natural and organic fertilizers, free ranging, and ongoing re-evaluations of past detrimental methods.
Sian Peacock owner of The Beautiful Feast is thrilled to participate in another great cultural initiative. She has the experience required to create and produce a special menu, having run recent similar events including; Artists tent Bluesfest, The Echo Awards, and Voyeur, to name a few.
